Pressure vessels manufactured by LBBC Beechwood are in use around the world. Vessels up to 3 metres in diameter and 15 metres long can be produced. Applications to date include the production (or processing) of food, waste, rubber, timber, investment castings, and carbon fibre composites.
Almost all Boilerclaves™, Leaching Autoclaves™, Thermoclaves™ and Resomators™ sold by sister company LBBC Technologies are pressure vessels manufactured by LBBC Beechwood.
The majority of vessels produced are designed to ASME or PD5500.
Various closures can be incorporated including the traditional bayonet and swing bolt designs. Also available is the LBBC QuicklockTM door which the company first pioneered back in the 1930s.
Weld procedures (to ASME IX, EN ISO 15614 and EN 288) have been developed to enable vessels to be manufactured in a range of materials.
The company produces 'U' stamped (ASME) and 
marked vessels. All vessels and supporting documentation (for design, manufacture, inspection and test) is verified and approved by third party inspection agencies.
